Group Postpartum Sessions

Group postpartum care is a 10 session cycle. You can come to as many - or as few- sessions as you would like.

Our group starts Monday May 13 and runs for 10 weeks, not including statuatory holidays.

Each session includes health checks for mom and baby. Every session will have time to discuss and provide support for breastfeeding and any related questions or concerns. This information is provided by a Lactation Consultant and Registered Midwife.

You will receive a postpartum group workbook at the first session you attend. Please keep this information for your records and bring it to any additional postpartum group visits you attend with us.
