Group prenatal care is a combination of group meetings and one-on-one appointments with your doctor or midwife. You are in a group of women with due dates that are close to yours.

There are 6 group sessions, 5 while you are pregnant, and 1 reunion session after your baby is born. If you enjoyed the group care model, there is a group postpartum program you can attend.

Each session includes health checks for mom and her growing baby. There is time for you to ask questions and get information about what is the most important to you.
